Valentine's Day Couple's Cooking Class in NYC

Wondering what to do for Valentine's Day next month? How about a fun and romantic couple's cooking class?

Forget the crowded restaurants and tired prix fixe menus! Surprise your sweetheart with a night at my Valentine's Day couple's cooking class featuring a menu of decadent recipes you'll both enjoy.

Open to a maximum of 6 couples, this intimate and completely hands-on cooking class in New York City will feature recipes based on the theme of "chocolate & spice." Taught in my signature "dinner party style," guests will sip wine and cocktails and share a selection of small bites, while working under my instruction to prepare the evening's dishes.

Once the food is ready, we'll all sit down to relax and enjoy the meal. At the end of the dinner, each couple will go home with an exclusive take-home goodie bag filled with sweet treats and small gifts to enjoy at home.

The menu for the evening was designed to highlight spicy flavors and chocolate--a classic Valentine's Day combination. Dishes include:

  • Hand-Twisted Black Pepper and Parmesan Cheese Straws
  • Handmade Chestnut Cocoa Gnocchi in a Brown Butter, Rosemary and Sage Sauce
  • Pan-Seared Wild Local Striped Sea Bass Fillet with Spicy Spanish Romesco Cream
  • Roasted Asparagus with Chile-spiked Aioli Dipping Sauce
  • Braised Winter Greens
  • Red Wine Chocolate Cake with Cinnamon Whipped Cream
  • Chocolate Balsamic Strawberries

The class will be held in Manhattan on Sunday, February 12 from 7PM to 10:30PM at the gorgeous City Cookhouse. A $250 all-inclusive fee per couple will cover instruction, materials, champagne, wine, and the complete five-course meal.  The class is limited to 6 couples, so sign up today to secure your spot!
